Message from Creative Director, Merryn Cuff
As Creative Director of Maze Ent. and long time member of Melbourne, Victoria’s entertainment scene, for years I have experienced the vibrancy and talent so many creatives have to offer. However, I have also witnessed the struggles of creatives and emerging businesses having to put their true passions on hold, all in order to grow their business through social media. For many creatives, this has meant that they’ve had to take on multiple roles and become their own social media experts, content creators and strategists, ultimately taking them away from their own original business - the thing that truly matters.
In todays social media and digital landscape, whilst we idealise entrepreneurial ambition - and rightfully so - for many this spirit isn’t being rewarded, as it is now expected that businesses should be able to do it all. Whilst you can do anything, you shouldn’t have to do everything.
In establishing Maze Ent., my goal is to help assist and empower boutique businesses, independent creatives and emerging talent, through support in social media and digital strategy, data analytics and content creation services. By being able to provide the tools to help you and your business thrive, Maze Ent. will help you get past the complexities so that you can concentrate on what you actually love doing.
How We Work
It All Starts With You: Planning for your Consultation
Our process begins with an in depth consultation, so as to better understand your business, goals and current social media standing. To accomodate, this meeting can be conducted either in person or virtually based on your location and needs. A standard consultation is free and between 30-45 minutes, whilst anything over will be charged at an hourly rate.
Please note, if you are wanting to make an enquiry to determine if Maze Ent. services are the right fit for you, this is separate from a consultation and can be carried out via other correspondences.
What We Need From You
To maximise the value of your consultation, please come prepared with:
Your current social media routine
An idea on how many hours per week you can realistically dedicate to your socials
Any key dates, events, or seasonal campaigns relevant to your business
Your social media budget and current financial investment into your socials
Whether you require a full social media rebrand, or an enhancement of your existing presence
Your social media goals - what does digital success look like for your business and brand?
If you are looking, or willing in future, to hire staff for your media and content creation needs
Payment Process
If you decide to sign on with Maze Ent., you will be required to provide a deposit before the beginning of your strategy development or project. For packages containing media strategy, data analytics and content planning, pricing and deposit amounts will be instantly provided, whilst all rates for content creation services are determined by project needs and ad ons (eg. extra revisions). Depending on your selected package deposit amounts will differ, whilst you will be provided with a set date in advance of when this deposit will need to be made. Final invoicing will be provided at your last consultation, or at the end of your project.

No, we do not. Maze Ent. is strictly a media communications agency designed for media strategy, content creation and overall business enhancements. Whilst we don’t provide social media co-ordination, some of our packages do include tailored social media postage calendars for you to follow.

Yes! Although based in Melbourne, Victoria, our ‘Media Strategy’, ‘Data Analytics’, ‘Content Planning’ and ‘Beginners in Business’ Packages are all accessible for clients, whilst consultations are already optionally virtual. Whilst Maze Ent. can’t travel interstate for onsite projects, content creation involving products and merchandise can be developed in-house through sending your products.

Maze Ent. operation and contact hours are from 9am - 5:30pm weekdays - All enquiries or correspondences outside of this time won’t be responded to until proper business hours. However, some weekend and evening work is available if required for specific content creation projects.

A 50% deposit will be required before the beginning of your project, with amounts differing per package. This process is an extra reassurance in knowing that your service is underway with a specific start date.
